  • Manufacturing high-quality wheat flour products tailored to client specifications and market demands, ensuring the transformation of raw materials into premium specialty goods.
  • Overseeing and adjusting production operations within grain processing, milling, and storage sectors.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production metrics, focusing on efficiency and the integrity of both raw and finished goods.
  • Supporting the organization and management of milling activities during off-peak hours.
  • Conducting cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned work areas.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising production systems.
  • Background in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
  • Possession of a forklift certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to engage in a 4-shift work schedule.
  • Strong resilience, collaborative spirit, accountability, and commitment to quality.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
