About the Role

As a Technology Lead at ITL Germany, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our software development projects. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in shaping the direction of our initiatives, from requirements elicitation to application architecture definition and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Apply technical proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design
  • Create high-level design artifacts that meet project requirements
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for modules, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success

Requirements

  • German proficiency level of B2 (Minimum) and ability to speak in English
  • Experience in Mainframe environment
  • Experience in working with JCL, VSAM (index file), Rexx
  • Experience in Transactional & Batch programming
  • Experience in working with CICS
  • Experience in working with version control tools, Endeavor
