This position is part of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) division within HII's Mission Technologies sector. Our focus is on the design, development, integration, and management of systems and assets essential for effective intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) operations.

Our offerings encompass C5ISR, AI, Big Data, cyber operations, and advanced training environments, among others.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, analyze, and simulate communication systems and electronic signals for various networks.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for program management related to ISR platforms under DOD contracts.
- Ensure the smooth operation of local and wide area networks, including VPNs.
- Plan and coordinate the installation and reconfiguration of hardware and software for communication networks.
- Maintain technical expertise in network hardware and software interconnections.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and integrate ISR capabilities into their operations.
- Participate in key meetings and conferences to represent the company and its objectives.
Qualifications
- 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD or Juris Doctorate; or 13 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and analytically while fostering teamwork and innovation.
- Experience in project management and developing customer requirements.
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program management with Air Force or Space programs.
- Familiarity with USAFE-AFAFRICA operations.
- Current residency in Europe.
Physical Requirements
This role may require working in various environments, including office and industrial settings, and may involve climbing and tolerating temperature variations.
