International Sales Specialist for Automotive Parts (m/w/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will manage relationships with international sales partners and focus on expanding our distributor network throughout Europe.
- You will be accountable for revenue forecasting and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- You will plan and execute trade show participation in collaboration with the marketing department and represent the company at these events.
- You will assist colleagues in the development of new products and their market introduction.
- You will engage in technical discussions with clients to ensure alignment on product specifications.
- You will familiarize yourself with our product portfolio, the technological expertise of the company, and the current market conditions in target regions.
- You will systematically identify, select, and onboard new partners in strategically chosen countries/regions.
- You will work closely with the customer service team to provide support in client management and proposal generation.
- You will actively pursue new customer acquisition through targeted market engagement in prioritized regions.
- You will regularly share insights and ideas during sales meetings and maintain ongoing communication with sales management.
- You will continuously monitor market trends to inform the development of our product offerings.
YOUR PROFILE
- You possess a completed commercial or technical education or a comparable degree.
- You have experience in customer management, preferably in an international context (Europe).
- You demonstrate a strong technical affinity and understanding of technical concepts.
- You are willing to travel frequently and are proficient in MS Office applications.
- You are familiar with the sales dynamics in the public sector, ideally in several of the target markets.
- You appreciate and thrive in medium-sized organizational structures and processes.
- You have an existing network of contacts and decision-makers and bring experience in collaborating with sales partners/distributors.
- You exhibit strong communication skills and possess excellent German and English language skills, with an additional language such as French or Spanish being advantageous.
