Store Manager (m/w/d) - Munich Sendlinger

This role is pivotal in overseeing the operations of the Munich Sendlinger store, reporting directly to the Retail Manager. The primary focus is to lead and develop the store team, ensuring that service excellence aligns with the company's strategic objectives.

  • Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, training, sales strategies, visual merchandising, store opening and closing procedures, administrative tasks, banking, and store layout to fulfill corporate standards.
  • Assume complete accountability for health, safety, and security protocols within the store, ensuring the implementation of necessary procedures.
  • Meet and exceed predetermined KPIs in accordance with the business budget.
  • Analyze profit and loss statements and manage all anticipated expenses for the store, including payroll considerations.
  • Drive sales performance metrics, focusing on average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
  • Establish and uphold exceptional customer service standards throughout the store.
  • Ensure adherence to effective inventory management practices, including stock control, deliveries, and loss prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Retail and Marketing Manager to implement in-store marketing initiatives, such as events, promotions, and product displays.
  • Lead and nurture the store team, fostering accountability for achieving performance targets (revenue, inventory management, customer satisfaction, etc.), operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in store management, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in profit and loss management.
  • Experience in leading teams, with a successful history of motivating and developing staff at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with numerical and literacy proficiency.
  • Proficient in IT applications, including Word, Excel, social media platforms, and EPOS systems.
  • Fluency in English is required.
