We are a leading player in the field of automotive metal processing, with a total of 750 employees across four locations. Our company specializes in metal forming for the automotive industry, with our products found in a wide range of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Install and monitor the network environment to ensure seamless connectivity and data security.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Configure and maintain PC workstations, servers, printers, and other hardware to ensure efficient operations.
- Participate actively in new IT projects concerning hardware and software to drive innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with external IT service providers and partner companies to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Act as the internal and external point of contact for the site's system and network infrastructure to provide expert guidance and support.
- Manage user access rights via security groups in Windows Active Directory to ensure secure and controlled access.
- Configure changes in firewall, proxy, etc., for external access to ensure secure and controlled access.
- Provide first and second-level support (Ticket handling via Deskcenter) to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Support and oversee TISAX and data protection issues to ensure compliance and security.
- Assist with our telephone system (DECT, UP/0, IP) to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Completed training as a specialist in system integration or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in the IT field, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and EDI would be beneficial.
- Experience with configuring and installing PC systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, structured and systematic approach, and high level of autonomy.
