- Overseeing the ERP system and delivering user assistance
- Monitoring system performance, addressing incidents, and troubleshooting issues
- Managing and enhancing all connections to associated modules
- Developing and generating reports using Power BI
- Supervising the operation of the document management system
- Administering and designing views in Microsoft SQL Server
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, Business Informatics, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Infor
- Experience in database development and management, ECM/DMS systems, and workflow design, preferably with Docuware
- Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset
