HSE Specialist for Concrete Tower

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Specialist to join our team at Nordex Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of health and safety measures during production processes and assembly, including environmental aspects, and participating in HSE improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and control HSE systems during production processes and assembly on construction sites
  • Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and implement the HSE management system of the company
  • Identify anomalies or defects in the area of safety and health protection at the workplace and participate in internal organization and planning
  • Coordinate the production process to ensure that preventive measures are carried out by employees
  • Promote and maintain established HSE procedures
  • Investigate work accidents and report to responsible managers
  • Monitor environmental processes and ensure compliance
  • Check whether HSE standards are maintained by employees in production areas
  • Suggest safe work processes in line with efficient production and assembly

About You

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Engineering degree with a Master's in HSE or similar field
  • Qualification as a safety officer
  • Experience in the field of concrete/production, HSE, and/or building control and monitoring
  • Advanced training in the prevention of work-related risks
  • Knowledge of building techniques (materials, systems, and construction methods)
  • Knowledge of HSE laws in the country and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Good teamworking skills and proactive profile
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and German
