Job Title: Chief of StaffWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team in Berlin Mitte. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a critical role in supporting the operational setup, daily running, and expansion of our retail coffee store operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cross-functional special projects, including new store launches, store build-outs, customer acquisition, and customer activation.
- Lead growth and profitability initiatives across multiple stores to increase AOVs, profitability, and growth opportunities.
- Ideate, validate, and execute creative strategic opportunities to increase brand equity and customer spend.
- Deep dive into the inner workings of our coffee shops, onboarding plans, and expansion plans to identify operational weaknesses and propose recommendations.
- Support wider strategic topics, including board meetings, investor relations, pitch decks, financial models, and onboarding materials.
- At least 4 years of operational experience, preferably with a mix of management consulting, start-ups, and retail and beverage industry experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented, and excited to work on the full cycle of building a start-up.
- Robust financial and analytical skills, with the ability to break down larger challenges into smaller pieces to find data-driven solutions.
- Nice-to-have: Direct experience working in scaling food and beverage retail, including restaurants and coffee shops, ideally within tech-enabled FMCG/F&B industries.
- Fluency in English, German is a strong plus.
