AS A RESIDENCE ADVISOR, YOU WILL:

• Attract new residents through regular outreach and strong relationships with community influencers.
• Handle inquiries from potential residents promptly and provide expert advice on our services.
• Prepare residency agreements and manage our client database efficiently.
• Support prospective residents throughout their transition and maintain relationships with residents, families, and caregivers.
• Plan and execute engaging events and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with our Central Marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies and create engaging content for our online platforms.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• A passion for fieldwork.
• A love for advising potential residents and attracting new clientele.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
