Role Description

As an intern in the VAN/SPEA department, you will engage in strategic project management focused on the VAN.EA platform, which oversees the development of our next-generation battery-electric vans. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our van offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in team operations
  • Facilitate coordination among various departments through effective topic management
  • Organize, prepare, and follow up on interdisciplinary meetings and workshops
  • Draft reports and decision-making documents for development committees and management
  • Undertake special projects as assigned
  • Ensure collaboration across departments and locations
Qualifications
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Interest in project management and strategic planning
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment
  • Affinity for the automotive industry, with practical experience in project work being advantageous
  • Experience in automotive development and project management is a plus
