Operations Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Controller to join our team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the management team and operational departments, providing expert advice on process improvements and cost optimization.
- Develop and implement process and profitability analyses for production areas, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and present internal and external reports, including financial and operational data.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a focus on operations or finance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or operations role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
