Job Title: Local Project Engineer

Mars GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Local Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and executing projects that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage local projects to deliver safe, secure, and environmentally responsible results.
  • Ensure the successful achievement of project objectives related to scope, timeline, budget, and cash flow.
  • Balance multiple responsibilities, including project execution, functional support, self-development, and role expansion.
  • Engage and motivate project team members to proactively perform their tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with functional groups within the project team.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Professional Certification in a closely related scientific or technical discipline.
  • Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in a related industry.
  • Proven ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and contribute to high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills in both German and English.
