Spectra Precision Kaiserslautern GmbH ist ein führender Anbieter von hochpräzisen Bau-Lasern und sucht einen erfahrenen Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für die After-Sales-Bereich.
Aufgaben- Diagnose, Reparatur und Wartung von hochpräzisen Bau-Lasern mit Schwerpunkt auf elektronischen, mechanischen und optischen Komponenten.
- Bereitstellung eines außergewöhnlichen Kundenservices und technischer Unterstützung, Beantwortung von Anfragen und Fehlerbehebung über Telefon und E-Mail.
- Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen, um sicherzustellen, dass alle gewarteten Geräte den Unternehmensstandards entsprechen, bevor sie an die Kunden zurückgesendet werden.
- Dokumentation der Reparaturprozesse und Pflege genauer Aufzeichnungen im Service-Management-System des Unternehmens.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und internationalen Teams, um Wissen und bewährte Praktiken im Bereich Produktwartung und -reparatur auszutauschen.
- Effektive Verwaltung und Priorisierung mehrerer Serviceanfragen, um eine zeitgerechte und effiziente Lösung von Kundenproblemen zu gewährleisten.
- Teilnahme an Schulungs- und Weiterbildungsprogrammen, um sich über neue Produkte, Technologien und Servicetechniken auf dem Laufenden zu halten.
- Unterstützung des Bestandsmanagements durch genaue Aufzeichnungen der in Reparaturen verwendeten Teile und Koordination mit dem Bestandsverwaltungsteam nach Bedarf.
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Elektroniker/in, Elektrotechniker/in, Kommunikationselektroniker/in oder in einem verwandten Bereich.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Service-Rollen, vorzugsweise in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Messgeräten und Diagnosewerkzeugen für Elektronik und Mechanik.
- Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie fließendes Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse.
- Versiert im Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen, einschließlich Windows und MS Office.
- Starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, Detailgenauigkeit und die Fähigkeit, sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten.
