Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Market Leader / Store Leader (m/w/d) to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably with a strong background in sales and customer service.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
