Growth Associate

We are on the lookout for a highly driven and talented individual to join our team as a Founder Associate. This role is crucial for our growth, and we seek a dynamic person who can adapt to fast-paced changes, take initiative, and significantly contribute to the startup's success.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue potential partnerships, collaborations, and growth avenues for the company. You will take full ownership of strategic and operational projects, driving them forward with enthusiasm.
- Market Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within the industry. Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Operational Assistance: Support daily operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
- Team Development: Contribute to building and nurturing a high-performing team by engaging in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison among various teams (Growth, Operations, Procurement) to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives. Act as a strategic partner for the leadership team in operational decisions and projects.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- A genuine interest in and passion for growth startups and transforming traditional industries alongside an international team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A hands-on mentality, with a focus on implementation.
- Ability to engage directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, demonstrating initiative.
- Fluency in both German and English.
