Logistics and Service Center Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our logistics and service center team at Küchen Aktuell. If you have a strong background in management and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate both operational and administrative staff to achieve business objectives
  • Strategically manage the logistics and service center to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee operations in logistics, assembly, and customer care, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Manage personnel in logistics, assembly, and customer care departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Implement quality management and professional customer service practices to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Your Ideal Qualifications:
  • Completed business or management degree from a reputable institution
  • Several years of leadership experience in a medium-sized company, preferably in the logistics and service industry
  • Hands-on mentality and customer-centric approach, with a strong focus on delivering results
  • Enthusiasm, strong communication, and assertiveness, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • High mobility during the intensive training program, with a willingness to learn and adapt
