Unser Portfolio umfasst Soft- und Hardwarelösungen von Marktführern. Zu unseren Kunden gehören Automobilhersteller und -zulieferer, Industrie- und Technologieunternehmen, öffentliche Verwaltungen, Bildungsstätten, Banken und Versicherungen sowie Unternehmen der Gesundheitsbranche.

Wir suchen eine/n Implementation Specialist (m/w/d) für unser Team.

  • Junior-, Senior- und Experten-Level
  • Vollzeit
  • Unbefristete Festanstellung
  • Lüneburg/auch remote möglich

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen unsere Kunden bei Supportanfragen und fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Herstellern (teils englischsprachig) und Kunden
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Implementierung und Migration unserer Authentifizierungslösungen im Kundenprojekt
  • Sie erstellen Kunden- und Produktdokumentationen
  • Sie unterstützen IT-Dienstleister sowie Kollegen bei technischen Fragen

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Schwerpunkt IT (z.B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Client / Server Betriebssysteme
  • Deutsche Sprache und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsfreudig und serviceorientiert
  • Von Vorteil: Linux / MacOS Kenntnisse, Verzeichnisdienste (z.B. Active Directory) und DNS sind keine Fremdwörter
  • Optimal: Erfahrungen mit Authentifizierungskonzepten
