About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Risk Management Specialist at European Commodity Clearing AG.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of risk management and control processes. This will include:

  • Implementing and monitoring risk management and control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conducting regular risk assessments and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk management strategies
  • Providing risk management training and support to colleagues

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and reporting on market risk, credit risk, and operational risk
  • Developing and maintaining risk management policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies
  • Monitor and report on risk exposure and trends
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
  • Provide risk management training and support to colleagues

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in a field such as finance, accounting, or business
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
