Position:

ZFA as Administrative Secretary for Quality Committees

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all secretarial duties and office management tasks, including document handling and general administrative functions.
  • Manage both internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, organization, and execution of meetings and events (in-person, online, hybrid).
  • Support unit management and relevant personnel with various administrative and project-related responsibilities.
Qualifications:
  • Completed training as a Dental Assistant (ZFA); additional qualifications as a Dental Administrative Assistant (ZMV) are advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eagerness to learn internal software and d.3 (Document Management System) to enhance digital processes.
  • Strong sense of accountability, ability to work autonomously, and dedication to the role.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
