Position Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the orchestration of marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of marketing campaigns, including the briefing and execution of various promotional activities in partnership with stakeholders and service providers.
  • Plan, execute, and supervise the timely creation and distribution of point-of-sale and advertising materials, alongside managing print procurement processes.
  • Continuously assess and enhance regional workflows to improve cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage database-driven systems for the generation and processing of marketing materials.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a commercial apprenticeship is required.
  • Familiarity with retail and trade marketing is a plus.
  • Genuine interest in digital media and its applications.
  • Ability to work independently, with a structured and results-focused approach.
  • Strong service orientation and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, along with independence, diligence, and sound decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated resilience, perseverance, and proactive initiative.
  • Encouraged to bring forth innovative and creative solutions.
  • Confident presence with effective assertiveness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) is required.
