Praktikant:in für Operational Efficiency und Digital Transformation | Business Analytics (w/m/d)

Das machst du bei uns:

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der operativen Vision von Apleona und der digitalen Entwicklung
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von leistungs- und finanzwirtschaftlichen Performance-Analysen/-Dashboards im Rahmen des Transformationsprogramms sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen zur Performance in der Programmumsetzung sowie finanziellen Auswirkung
  • Mitbetreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Programmcontrollings

Das wünschen wir uns von dir:

  • Student (Bachelor/ Master) im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Naturwissenschaften oder Facility Management
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Strategie/ Inhouse-Beratung oder Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, proaktives strategisches und "out-of-the-box"-Denken
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, insbesondere PowerPoint, Excel sowie wenn möglich PowerBI
  • Last but not least: Du hast Spaß daran Dinge anzupacken, bist ein Teamplayer und hast Lust etwas zu verändern
