About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pedagogical Specialist to join our team at IB Nord. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to our young residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the youth and their families
• Provide a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
• Participate in regular team meetings and supervision to discuss resident progress and develop strategies for improvement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our organization's policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident progress and care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care and support

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in pedagogy, youth care, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
