Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ambulatory Intensive Care Nurse to join our team in Wurzen, Germany. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing individualized care to our pediatric patients, working closely with our medical team to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to our pediatric patients in their own homes, including basic and therapeutic care
• Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary care conferences to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with our quality standards
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new care protocols and procedures

Requirements

• Experienced pediatric nurse with a strong background in ambulatory intensive care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and manage complex patient needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
