Role Overview

  • Flexible Work Environment: While our client supports remote work, candidates must reside in the Berlin Metro area.
  • Autonomous Project Oversight: You will independently monitor and manage progress across various projects, identifying requirements and ensuring smooth project flow without constant supervision.

Core Responsibilities

  • Requirements Management: Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to deliver a high-quality cryptocurrency exchange platform, managing documentation and prioritizing bug fixes for quick resolutions.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain comprehensive records of project statuses and decisions, update roadmaps, and engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity and timely execution of tasks.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Establish and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, documenting progress and challenges. Work collaboratively across departments to enhance user experience and service quality.

Essential Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or substantial project management experience.
  • Familiarity with SDLC Methodologies: Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and Prince2.
  • Experience with Trading Platforms: Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency trading platforms is preferred; however, a combination of cryptocurrency knowledge and professional experience with FX platforms is acceptable. Capital Markets experience is mandatory.
  • Understanding of Market Infrastructure: Knowledge of key components of the crypto market, including liquidity, custody, settlement, and compliance.
  • Relevant Certifications: CSM, CSPO, PSM, or similar certifications are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Tools: Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence, Trello, ClickUp, and other collaboration platforms is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly developed organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Independence in Work: A strong capability to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
