• Overseeing and directing projects associated with fiber optic expansion and our energy distribution networks
• Managing project communications with municipalities, clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties
• Developing and estimating project measures in the FTTx sector
• Coordinating operational planning, organization, and supervision of FTTx network construction projects, focusing on quality, timelines, and budget
• Supervising and managing service providers
• Producing technical documentation
• Implementing quality assurance strategies
• Tracking and reporting on development, quality, expenses, and project status

• Degree in a technical or scientific discipline with expertise in fiber optic expansion (FTTx) and Smart Grids
• Proven experience in project management and leadership, including vendor management
• Strong interest in both technical and business-related subjects
• Proficient in IT applications and MS Office, along with GIS software
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Highly motivated and proactive in task completion
