Main Responsibilities

  • Independent project coordination of product development projects (mechanical and mechatronic) in terms of time, cost, and quality, while meeting the requirements.
  • Content coordination of project teams in consultation with departmental responsible persons.
  • Leadership and organization of project team meetings and workshops.
  • Preparation of decision-making documents (e.g. make or buy).
  • Coordination of national and international development partners.
  • Cross-site coordination of dependencies, schedules, and budgets together with product management and departmental teams.
  • Identification and analysis of opportunities and risks.
  • Implementation of selected rationalization, organization, and pre-development projects.
  • Creation of project documentation and preparation of decision-making grounds for the responsible committees and top management (steering committee, departmental management, management board) as well as their presentation.

Requirements

  • Completed engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or technical informatics, or experienced electrical engineer.
  • Proactive, communicative team player with several years of project management experience in technical product development.
  • Very good knowledge of project management and tools (e.g. Scrum, Design Thinking).
  • Ideal experience in working with ERP systems (e.g. IFS).
  • Engagement, team ability, creativity, self-initiative, structured and analytical thinking, as well as high organizational talent.
  • Sovereign and professional appearance and behavior.
  • Good presentation skills.
