About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon TA team in the EU DSP Business Health organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Improve Salesforce Usage Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to optimize Salesforce usage in our Last Mile organization, ensuring maximum value is derived from the platform.
  • Develop and Deliver Strategic Plans: Create and execute coherent strategies, including design, user requirements, market assessments, scalable delivery plans, adoption strategies, and expansion to new markets.
  • Create Innovative Solutions: Design and implement innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in our organization.
  • Drive Business Improvements: Take a big-picture approach in analyzing business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations.
  • Lead Improvement Programs: Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish.
About the Team

The EU DSP Business Health Team is responsible for building DSP lifecycle insights, coaching tools, and interventions for Business Coaches (BCs), designed to increase DSP profitability, performance, reliability, and compliance. The team develops standardized EU country BC mechanisms and leverages in-country best practices to ensure continuous improvement in all EU regions, considering specific legal and/or regulatory conditions and variations.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders, including senior management, and managing large-scale programs or projects.
  • Technical Skills: Detailed knowledge of Salesforce CRM products and experience with implementing Salesforce CRM improvement projects.
  • Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Influencing Senior Leadership: Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Hold a Salesforce system admin or Salesforce business analyst certification.
