Job Description

Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Sales- und Marketing-Spezialisten, der sich für die Süßwarenindustrie begeistert und unsere Produkte in den Supermärkten und Online-Plattformen erfolgreich vermarkten möchte.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Unterstützung bei der Akquise und Betreuung von B2B-Kunden und Handelspartnern
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Entwicklung von Vertriebskampagnen
  • Verbesserung der Customer Journey
  • Weiterentwicklung der vertrieblichen Prozesse
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden im Tagesgeschäft, u.a. Auftragsbearbeitung, Musterversand, Produktinformationen
  • Verantwortung für effiziente Produktversorgung und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und effektive Kommunikation
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Verkaufsunterlagen, Umsatz- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
Qualifikationen
  • (Laufendes) Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Publizistik, Wirtschaft, Sprache etc. oder Gap Year zwischen Bachelor- und Master
  • Düsseldorf/Köln Umgebung oder bereit, für das Praktikum nachzukommen
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1) und gutes Englisch (B2)
  • Praktische Erfahrungen (idealerweise in FMCG-Branche)
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Guter Umgang mit Google Workspace
  • Interesse für Einzelhandel, Food & Retail
