We are seeking a skilled Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) to join our team at Akademie Überlingen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Briefing and guiding our clients in career orientation and job training in group or individual sessions
• Planning and conducting coaching and training programs
• Reducing and eliminating barriers to employment
• Providing assistance with problems
• Placing individuals in employment and training
• Documenting tasks (competency analysis, development planning, reporting)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed vocational training or degree
• A value-oriented approach, intercultural, communicative, and social competence
• A structured work approach and good communication skills
• Self-motivation to work independently within a team
• Proficient use of digital media and MS Office programs
• Experience as a quereinsteiger is welcome
