Senior Client Relationship Manager (w/m/d) gesucht - Für unseren Kunden, ein Handelsunternehmen, suchen wir einen Senior Client Relationship Manager (w/m/d).

Diese Position ist eine direkte Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden. Die Betreuung und Vermittlung sowie alle unsere weiteren Serviceleistungen sind für Sie als Bewerber kostenfrei.

Ihre Aufgaben als Senior Client Relationship Manager (w/m/d)

  • Strategische Entwicklung in Abstimmung mit der Vertriebs- und Marketingleitung
  • Umsatzverantwortung durch Akquise neuer Geschäftspartner
  • Verantwortung für das Erreichen der Vertriebsziele, das Monitoring der relevanten KPIs und die Erstellung von regelmäßigen Berichten für das Management-Team
  • Planung zielgerichteter Vertriebs-Kampagnen, sowohl online als auch offline
  • Optimierung des gesamten Inbound- und Outbound-Vertriebsprozesses
  • Technologie-Scout: Immer auf dem neuesten Stand bezüglich neuer Technologien und Trends im B2B-Vertrieb
  • Erweiterung des Netzwerks durch Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen, Konferenzen und Networking-Events

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder im IT-Umfeld (w/m/d)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb und erste Führungsverantwortung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb für IT-Lösungen
  • Kommunikationstalent mit Verhandlungsgeschick und einer zielorientierten, strukturierten sowie selbstständigen Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint sowie Freude am Umgang mit Daten
  • Umfassende Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
