Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager NOC to join our team in Essen, Germany. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and smooth operation of our high-power charging network for a large OEM customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating our DC chargers and ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Managing customer requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining and inspecting the charger infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Contributing to the continuous growth and improvement of our eMobility business
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in electrical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the eMobility industry or customer services
  • Initial experience in DC infrastructure operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
