**Job Summary**
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Logistik-Experten, der unsere Dispatch-Abteilung unterstützt und unsere Logistik-Operationen koordiniert. Als Dispatch Agent werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gewährleistung der effizienten und zuverlässigen Lieferung von Paketen spielen.
**Hauptaufgaben**
- Die Vorbereitung von Kurier-Schichten und -routen
- Die Koordination der Verteilung von Arbeit unter den Kurieren, um sicherzustellen, dass sie die Ziele des Standorts in der effizientesten Weise erreichen
- Die Überwachung des täglichen Lieferzyklus, die Aktualisierung von Systemen mit genauen Informationen, um die korrekte Durchführung der täglichen Abhol- und Lieferaufträge sicherzustellen
- Die Unterstützung der Kurier und die Behebung von Problemen
- Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden, wenn erforderlich, um weitere Informationen zu erhalten oder über potenzielle servicebezogene Probleme zu informieren
- Die proaktive Meldung von Problemen, die während des täglichen Lieferzyklus aufgetreten sind, an die Führungskräfte und die Erstellung von Berichten über die Produktivität, Volumina und Leistung des Standorts
**Anforderungen**
- Erfahrung in der Koordination eines Teams in einem beschäftigten Transport- und/oder Dispatch-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office und PC
- Gute geografische Kenntnisse
- Fokussiert auf Genauigkeit und Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail
- Getrieben, Probleme zu lösen, während Planung und Organisationsfähigkeiten verwendet werden
- Fähigkeit, mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und sich zu alignen
- Fähigkeit, eigene und Teams-Zeit effektiv zu managen, mit Aufmerksamkeit zum Detail in einem Druckumfeld
