Your Responsibilities

• You will conduct demand analyses and create purchase orders
• You will select and evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices, conditions, and contracts
• You will monitor and optimize supplier relationships
• You will ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery dates
• You will handle complaints and process returns
• You will maintain article and supplier data in the warehouse management system

Your Profile

• You have completed a specialized vocational training, such as a commercial clerk or a similar qualification
• You have already gained experience in procurement, preferably in a production environment
• You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office programs
• You have an analytical and structured way of working, including negotiation skills and assertiveness
• You have a high level of team skills and communication strength
