Job Title: Innovation Management Intern - AI Development

Company: Fresenius Medical Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Innovation Management Intern to join our Care Enablement Innovation Management team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing tools to support and automate processes in Innovation Management, while exploring the current challenges of an international healthcare company.

  • Participate in automating processes using Python on Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Develop standalone tools based on LLMs
  • Assist in training internal LLMs
  • Support Innovation Management initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's student in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python
  • Familiarity or interest in Large Language Models
  • Practical programming experience, ideally in Chatbot development
  • Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good knowledge of German is a plus

  • Location: Remote work possible, with regular onsite presence required
