Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

with a specialization in heating, air conditioning, and plumbing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee the effective execution of maintenance and repair operations
  • Oversee and manage expansion, renovation, and repair initiatives in the HVAC sector for industrial and commercial clients
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, personnel, and management
  • Engage in technical evaluations and inspections
Required Qualifications
  • Completed training as a certified technician or HVAC technician, electrician for building systems, or an equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent work experience
  • Strong comprehension of client requirements and the ability to offer customized solutions
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems
  • Driven, adaptable, and enthusiastic about embracing new challenges
  • Dependable, loyal, and dedicated with exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
  • A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset
