Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern (m/f/d) to become a part of our global Commercial Marketing team, specifically in the Lead Flow Management sector. Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of our Lead Flow Management processes to guarantee that all marketing responses globally are accurately monitored and seamlessly integrated into our CRM system.

Improvement Identification:

Evaluate current processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and assist in the creation of new, more effective workflows.

Training Material Assessment:

Review and refresh existing training materials, and design a training platform utilizing SharePoint.

Creation of New Training Resources:

Generate new training resources based on your evaluations and process documentation.

Collaborative Teamwork:

Collaborate closely with a global team of marketing professionals and operations experts to implement ongoing process enhancements and minimize processing durations.

Candidate Profile:

Field of Study: You are currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

Analytical Skills: You possess a strong grasp of complex processes and a keen interest in process documentation and optimization.

IT Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and SharePoint is advantageous.

Communication Abilities: You can articulate and document information clearly and accurately.

Initiative: You are capable of working independently and contributing your own ideas for process enhancements.

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
