Job Summary:
CYBEX GMBH is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for collecting, reporting, and disclosing ESG data and metrics in compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and EU Taxonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust system architecture for ESG data management, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data security.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and project management efforts to enable effective data collection and validation.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and interpret ESG data to support internal decision-making processes.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for enhancing sustainability performance.
- Coordinate and implement CO2 accounting processes, including Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
Requirements:
- ESG Expertise: Demonstrated experience with ESG reporting frameworks, including CSRD, ESG standards, platforms, and data management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies, Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics, or a related field.
