Sachbearbeiter Rechtsabteilung

Germania Inkasso-Dienst GmbH & Co. KG is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Sachbearbeiter Rechtsabteilung. As a key member of our Forderungseinzug team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts.

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of accounts, identifying and prioritizing high-risk accounts for collection.
• Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, including correspondence, phone calls, and meetings.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including lawyers and account managers, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.

• Education and Experience: Hold a degree in law or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Skills and Qualities: Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
