Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance and maintain server and network systems
  • Deliver first and second level assistance for both software and hardware challenges
  • Install and manage a variety of devices and technological equipment
  • Integrate locations with cloud-based solutions
  • Engage in activities pertaining to IT security measures

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in IT or a related discipline
  • Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of IT support and networking principles
  • Fluent in both German and English with excellent communication abilities
