We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our BERSHKA team in Neu-Um. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular KPI analyses to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted measures to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly and efficiently, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a manager in retail, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPI data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
