Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools.
- Drive, support, and monitor the global implementation of procurement best practices, including training initiatives.
- Lead, coordinate, and support overarching procurement projects and activities.
- Foster a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of current, integrated, and consistent procurement data.
- Ensure adherence to procurement regulations and procedures.
- Engage in national and international travel as required.
Qualifications:
- A procurement professional with over 5 years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, demonstrating strengths in designing and implementing effective organizational processes and modern procurement tools on a global scale.
- Proven experience in managing processes related to source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to provide strategic vision and hands-on contributions to achieve objectives.
- Proficiency in English is required, with a second language such as German or French preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP-MM and MS Office tools.
