Our dedicated team of 40 skilled professionals is committed to fulfilling the stringent requirements of our automotive partners by delivering high-quality surface finishes for both vehicle interiors and exteriors. We are currently in search of a committed individual to fill the role of Galvanization Production Specialist at our plant in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate independently within a fully automated production system in alignment with established schedules.
- Manage the demetallization processes necessary for production.
- Engage in routine maintenance activities as outlined in the maintenance schedule.
Essential Qualities:
- Ability to adapt and maintain composure under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in a two- or three-shift work arrangement.
- Comfort with physically intensive tasks and hands-on work.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to responsibilities.
Ideal Candidate:
- A diligent and accountable team player. While prior experience in galvanization is advantageous, we are open to candidates eager to learn, with comprehensive training provided.
