Pega Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Consultant to join our team at USU Solutions DACH. As a Senior Pega Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering innovative digital transformation solutions to our clients in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end digitalization of complex business processes using Pega technology
• Provide expert advice to clients on the optimal use of Pega solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business process improvements
• Support sales teams with pre-sales activities and provide technical expertise
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Pega technology and industry trends

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pega projects, with a strong focus on business process management and digital transformation
• Proven expertise in software development with Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent German and English language skills, with a strong understanding of business processes and industry trends
