As a Culinary Service Associate at Exchange, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our patrons. Job Requirements Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds (occasional lifting over 50 pounds). Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technology. Ability to think on your feet and respond to customer inquiries. Initiative and a proactive approach to tasks. Knowledge of our brand and offerings. Additional Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Openness to cross-training in various store areas as needed. A friendly and helpful demeanor towards customers and team members. Excellent communication abilities. Basic computer proficiency. Previous experience in fast food is advantageous. Under supervision, you will prepare and serve simple food items and beverages. This role may involve operating kitchen equipment following established procedures, where advanced cooking skills are not required. This position demands a friendly attitude and a strong focus on providing personalized customer service.

Job Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant job experience may substitute for educational requirements on a 9 months for 9 months basis.

If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be adjusted without reposting.

Availability Needed: MON-SUN: VARIES DAYS OFF. WITH PROPER NOTICE SCHEDULE MAY VARY DUE TO OPERATIONAL NEEDS.

Salary Range

Minimum: $17.70

Maximum: $20.65

Key Responsibilities

In a food service environment, you will perform the following tasks: Serve various food items such as salads, meats, vegetables, sandwiches, desserts, and beverages at a service counter. Prepare simple salads, coffee, and tea. Replenish food supplies at serving stations.
You may also prepare and wrap sandwiches, wash and cut vegetables and fruits, and create fountain items like sundaes and milkshakes. You will ensure food items are properly prepared and served, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in your work area. Engage with customers to promote our offerings and assist in achieving service and sales goals for the food facility. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
