Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Personnel Administrator to join our team in Zwickau. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our personnel department, including personnel administration, recruitment, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personnel administration, including the preparation of employment contracts, certificates, and other documents
  • Recruitment, including job posting and candidate management
  • Patient and accurate maintenance of personnel files and documents
  • Support for personnel development initiatives
  • Independent handling of current projects
  • Participation in monthly evaluations and statistics
  • Participation in job and training fairs
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in personnel administration
  • Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
  • Discretion, loyalty, and reliability
  • High level of team skills, flexibility, resilience, and initiative
