About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate for Frozen Foods, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice to customers on frozen food products
  • Ensure accurate pricing and product placement in the frozen food section
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the frozen food section
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in the retail industry, preferably in the food sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of frozen food products and their storage requirements
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg)
