Strategic Partnerships Manager
A prominent Japanese electronics firm is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance their European operations. This position will concentrate on broadening the current market presence within the German industrial sector.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Fridays 08:30 - 16:00 (includes a 30-minute lunch break)
Compensation: To Be Discussed
Location: Nuremberg, Germany (2 days in-office, 3 days remote work - subject to change)

Key Responsibilities:
- Set and manage sales objectives
- Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy
- Evaluate performance against targets
- Negotiate agreements and related documentation
- Collaborate with Finance, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams
- Mentor and work closely with the Inside Sales team
- Engage with clients and other regional offices
- Maintain ongoing communication with Headquarters in Japan
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Development
- Proven skills in business planning and project oversight
- Fluency in English and German; proficiency in another European language is advantageous
- Technical expertise
- Leadership and coordination skills
- Experience in pan-European and international markets
