Strategic Partnerships Manager

A prominent Japanese electronics firm is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to enhance their European operations. This position will concentrate on broadening the current market presence within the German industrial sector.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00, Fridays 08:30 - 16:00 (includes a 30-minute lunch break)

Compensation: To Be Discussed

Location: Nuremberg, Germany (2 days in-office, 3 days remote work - subject to change)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage sales objectives
  • Formulate a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Evaluate performance against targets
  • Negotiate agreements and related documentation
  • Collaborate with Finance, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams
  • Mentor and work closely with the Inside Sales team
  • Engage with clients and other regional offices
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Headquarters in Japan

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Business Development
  • Proven skills in business planning and project oversight
  • Fluency in English and German; proficiency in another European language is advantageous
  • Technical expertise
  • Leadership and coordination skills
  • Experience in pan-European and international markets
