We are seeking a skilled Arbeitsvorbereiter to join our team at WOLFF & MÜLLER Tief- und Straßenbau GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and coordinating our construction projects.

• Participate in the calculation of new project proposals and contribute to the development of project plans.
• Collaborate with our team to simulate and optimize construction processes during the bidding and execution phases.
• Support the creation and maintenance of site setup and project execution plans.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of construction methods and procedures.
• Develop innovative solutions and proposals for project execution and bidding.
• Coordinate and prepare construction projects for execution, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Act as a point of contact for our site teams, providing guidance and support on project preparation and execution.
• Drive the digitalization of our construction processes, working closely with our project teams.

• You hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
• Prior experience in construction management or project coordination is highly desirable.
• You possess excellent knowledge of VOB/B and VOB/C regulations.
• You have experience working with construction-specific software, such as iTWO / iTWO Civil or similar systems.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a structured work style.
