Electrical Sales Manager
You will be responsible for sales and project management, with a strong focus on project-based tasks and self-managed projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for customer and regional management in the field of Electrical/Automation Steelworks and Non-Ferrous Metal Plants, including:
- Full support of the sales process and coordination with involved departments
- Creation of bid documents for new build, modernization, and renovation projects
- Presentation of bids internally to regions and externally to customers worldwide
- Definition of delivery and performance scope and procurement concept, creation of bid specification, and quantity structure and calculation
- Support in contract negotiations
What You Need to Know
You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology or a comparable education. We also value:
- Several years of experience in electrical and automation in steel production and non-ferrous metal plants
- Expertise in plant automation, electrical engineering, and drive technology
- Fluent English skills in speech and writing, additional foreign language skills are an asset
- Strong team skills and willingness to travel worldwide
